- The outer Washington and Baltimore suburbs, including western Fairfax County, eastern Loudoun and Prince William, Waldorf and northern Charles County, northern Calvert County, and Harford County to Bel Air.
- Regional Service Area
- Frederick and Carroll counties, northern Baltimore and Harford counties to the Susquehanna River, southern Maryland to Prince Frederick and La Plata, and in Virginia out to Leesburg, Manassas, and Stafford.

- All prices are flat rates and include printing (up to 100 pages per job), drafting and providing affidavits, notarizing affidavits whenever necessary, mileage, etc. (reimbursable expenses — including but not limited to court filing fees, witness and statutory fees, apostille and embassy fees, shipping, and printing beyond 100 pages — will be passed on at cost and clearly documented on invoices)
- All prices for service of process include attempts to serve one (1) individual at one (1) address (any additional recipients and/or additional addresses are billed separately).
- Each fee for service of process is incurred upon successful service, upon confirming that the address provided is a bad address, upon completion of 3 good faith attempts (or of the single scheduled attempt under On-Demand Service), or upon notice of cancellation as detailed below.
- Prepayment in full at intake required for all pro se clients, prior to commencement of any work, which includes an $80 surcharge in addition to all rates and fees listed above.
- Cancellations (Mobile Notary, Sit & Wait, On-Demand Service of Process): free within 30 minutes of booking, except on same-day, rush, or already-dispatched assignments. Thereafter a non-refundable $75 administrative fee applies, covering intake, document review, contractor scheduling, and dispatch preparation — and is the minimum charge for any cancellation. Within 24 hours: 35% of the quoted fee. Within 4 hours: 60%. Once dispatched, on site, or on a no-show: full fee. Free rescheduling more than 4 hours out; the administrative fee is not re-applied.
- Apostille and authentication, remote online notarization, court filing, courier, document retrieval, and field research are also available and quoted on request.
