We Are Committed to Transparent Pricing With No Hidden Fees
* All prices are flat rates and include printing (up to 100 pages per job), drafting and providing affidavits, notarizing affidavits (whenever necessary), mileage, etc.
* All prices for service of process include attempts to serve one (1) individual at one (1) address (any additional recipients and/or additional addresses are billed separately)
* Each fee for service of process is incurred upon successful service, or upon confirming that the address provided is a bad address, or upon completion of 3 good faith attempts
* Prepayment in full at intake required for all pro se clients, prior to commencement of any work, which includes an $80 surcharge in addition to all rates and fees listed above
* Cancellations (Mobile Notary, Sit & Wait, On-Demand Service of Process): free within 30 minutes of booking, except on same-day, rush, or already-dispatched assignments. Thereafter a non-refundable $75 administrative fee applies, covering intake, document review, contractor scheduling, and dispatch preparation — and is the minimum charge for any cancellation. Within 24 hours: 35% of the quoted fee. Within 4 hours: 60%. Once dispatched, on site, or on a no-show: full fee. Free rescheduling more than 4 hours out; the administrative fee is not re-applied.
